As a company that is committed to sustainable practices, we use shipping options that align with those values.
For standard domestic and international shipping, we use Sendle who are Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service.
All of our mailers are also 100% compostable and biodegradable.
Shipping is free worldwide.
Timeframes
Domestic: 2-6 days.
Domestic regional & remote: 4-10 days.
International: 2-4 weeks.
Returns & Exchanges
Gesture products may be returned for a full-refund or exchanged within 15 days from the delivery date. If it is over this period your return request will not be accepted. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact. Shipping expenses must be payed for by customer. NOTE: Sale items are FINAL SALE, returns & exchanges will strictly not be accepted. To lodge a return request please email us with your full name, order number and reason of return.
